For our client, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect and two experienced ServiceNow Developers (a team of 3), the Detailed description is as follows:

For our client, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect (m/f/d) to support the stabilization and further development of a recently migrated ServiceNow platform (CSM/ITSM).

The focus lies on ensuring architectural consistency, closing technical gaps, and guiding the team with best practices in a complex enterprise environment.

- Design and evolve the ServiceNow architecture (CSM & ITSM)

- Lead platform stabilization initiatives after migration

- Identify and close architectural and technical gaps

- Define best practices for development, integrations, and data handling

- Oversee and guide implementation of integrations (CRM, ERP, APIs)

- Extensive experience as ServiceNow Solution Architect

- Strong background in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM

- Proven experience in complex ServiceNow environments and migrations

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and APIs (REST / SOAP)

- Experience with data models, platform optimization, and governance

For our client, we are looking for two experienced ServiceNow Developers (m/f/d) to support development, integration, and stabilization activities within a recently migrated ServiceNow environment (CSM/ITSM).

- Support stabilization of the platform following migration

- Develop and optimize integrations (CRM, ERP, APIs)

- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues

- Improve data quality and system consistency

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM

- Experience in ServiceNow development (scripting, configuration, customization)

- Knowledge of integrations and APIs (REST / SOAP)

- Experience with ATF or test automation is a plus

- Understanding of data quality and system integration challenges
