- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, daily/weekly stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement support - Coach the team on Agile values, Scrum principles, and continuous improvement - Track progress and capacity; proactively flag risks and impediments to the program - Perform daily follow-up on open tasks, actions, and commitments across all Digital Workplace workstreams - Coordinate dependencies between the Scrum team and Digital Workplace Service Owners across all service areas, including: Windows, Intune, AD/GPO, M365, device platforms (Windows, Mac, Android), enterprise file services, printing, communications, and meeting rooms management - Process & Service Management - ITIL service management practices, service catalogue management, and operational process improvement - Own the team’s Agile tooling hygiene (Jira, or equivalent) - boards, workflows, and sprint metrics must be accurate and current at all time - Define and enforce team collaboration norms, documentation standards, and sprint artefacts - Translate program-level goals into actionable sprint priorities, keeping the team focused on outcomes

- Experience in Digital Workplace, end-user computing, or infrastructure modernisation programs - Hands-on familiarity with MS Intune, Active Directory/GPO, M365, and Windows Autopilot — enough to facilitate technical conversations and challenge delivery teamsWorking knowledge of multi-platform device management across Windows, Mac, and Android environments - Exposure to enterprise file services, print management, communications platforms, or meeting room technology is a strong advantage - Proven Agile tooling management (Jira, Miro or equivalent) - Experience in hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) delivery models - Demonstrated experience in ITIL-aligned process management - Strong execution drive and result-oriented mindset - this role requires someone who follows up, chases, and delivers, not just facilitates - Excellent daily coordination and task management discipline - Certifications (mandatory): A-CSM or PSM II strongly preferred, SAFe SSM or SASM preferred, ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Practitioner is an advantage, PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage

Staffing process for freelance specialists

1. Analysis of qualifications

We carry out a detailed analysis of your technical qualifications on the basis of your CV, your application documents and your profile.

2. Telephone or personal interview

We would like to get to know you better in a personal conversation. Your personal contact would be pleased to advise you and clarify any outstanding questions about your qualifications. In this way, your profile will be expanded to include a few more skills if necessary.

3. Contact with customers

We compare your qualifications and targets with the expectations of our customers. As soon as we have found a suitable project for you, we will contact you and introduce you to your potential project partners. If you are interested in the project, we will contact the customers. Then a personal discussion will take place with the project partner.

4. Contract with Hays

If both parties are interested in collaborating, all of the relevant framework conditions will be agreed with Hays. Hays then acts as a contractual partner for both parties. In other words, a contract is drawn up between you and Hays and the company and Hays.
