- All-round support for the AM Mandate Reporting team within the Institutional Clients Platform - Support ongoing project work running in parallel - Perform data checks, corrections, follow-ups and handling during production cycles - Collaborate with service teams to address fixes and ensure data accuracy and consistency - Manage ad-hoc requests, mailbox support, and mandate onboarding / RFP processes - Handle RM / PM clarifications and support in drafting reports - Oversee and track Jira tickets and tasks - Conduct functionality testing and assist in creating business specifications

- Experience with Asset Management and mandate reporting processes and operations is mandatory - Strong skills in data quality checks, data validation and ensuring data availability - Familiarity with reporting tools and databases - Detail-oriented, proactive, strong analytical and organizational skills - High quality focus and sense of ownership

- Exposure to Asset Management mandate reporting within a large institutional platform - Hands-on involvement in live production cycles and parallel projects - Combination of data quality, onboarding, ticket management, and testing, offering broad operational experience

Staffing process for freelance specialists

1. Analysis of qualifications

We carry out a detailed analysis of your technical qualifications on the basis of your CV, your application documents and your profile.

2. Telephone or personal interview

We would like to get to know you better in a personal conversation. Your personal contact would be pleased to advise you and clarify any outstanding questions about your qualifications. In this way, your profile will be expanded to include a few more skills if necessary.

3. Contact with customers

We compare your qualifications and targets with the expectations of our customers. As soon as we have found a suitable project for you, we will contact you and introduce you to your potential project partners. If you are interested in the project, we will contact the customers. Then a personal discussion will take place with the project partner.

4. Contract with Hays

If both parties are interested in collaborating, all of the relevant framework conditions will be agreed with Hays. Hays then acts as a contractual partner for both parties. In other words, a contract is drawn up between you and Hays and the company and Hays.
