Recruitment Consultant - USA Data Centres (Permanent Desk)

Join a leading recruitment firm and build your career in one of the fastest-growing markets in technology. We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent division and take ownership of a warm, high-potential desk focusing on USA data centres.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a market with established client relationships, strong job flow, and clear room to scale your billings quickly. You'll be working with the USA Data Centres permanent desk, focusing on placing top talent into one of the world's fastest-growing infrastructure markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and developing client relationships, winning new business within buoyant markets, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, working in a fast-paced, high-reward environment, and becoming a true market specialist.

The role is fully office-based with working hours Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm and Friday 10:00am-5:00pm. We do not offer remote or hybrid working for this position.

We're looking for driven, ambitious individuals who thrive in a sales environment and are motivated by progression and earning potential. Previous recruitment experience is beneficial, but we're equally open to speaking with strong sales professionals looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. Ideally, you'll have 2+ years in a full 360 recruitment role and be target-driven.
