Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant - US Tech, AI & Data Centre Markets

We are seeking an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant with 1-3 years of experience to join our high-performing US teams specializing in Engineering or Technology markets. This role offers the unique opportunity to step into an established, revenue-generating desk with existing client relationships, live roles, and active candidate pipelines, enabling immediate billing potential.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including building and maintaining client relationships across US Engineering and Tech markets, winning new business, managing roles from brief to placement, and sourcing top-tier candidates. You will provide strategic hiring advice to clients, negotiate offers, and drive consistent billings while growing your desk.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of 360 recruitment experience, preferably with a background in STEM recruitment covering Technology, Engineering, Data, or Infrastructure sectors. We seek someone with proven success in business development and client management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a competitive, ambitious mindset. Candidates must be comfortable working US-aligned hours.

This position is based in Billericay, Essex, requiring on-site presence 5 days per week with hours Monday-Thursday 12:00-21:00 and Friday 10:00-17:00.
