We’re looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) to join a growing Product Management team and take end-to-end ownership of a defined product domain within a B2B SaaS platform operating in a regulatory-driven environment.

In this role, you will translate strategy into measurable impact, align regulatory and customer needs, and drive outcomes across the full product lifecycle. You’ll work AI-native , leveraging modern tools to accelerate discovery, decision-making, and delivery.

You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional product quartet consisting of a Sustainability/Domain Expert, Product Designer, and Development Manager to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution excellence.

Own Delivery & Product Performance

- Define clear goals, track progress, and ensure initiatives meet readiness, validation, and delivery standards

- Maintain a focused backlog and make informed trade-offs balancing user value, feasibility, and strategic relevance

- Apply user research, customer feedback, and market insights to validate problems early and test solutions effectively

Lead Cross-Functional Product Execution

- Drive alignment and clarity across priorities, enabling effective collaboration with engineering, design, and domain experts

- Facilitate agile ceremonies, maintain team flow, and support an iterative, outcome-driven delivery cadence

- Create enablement and documentation materials to support internal teams and customer adoption, in collaboration with Product Marketing

Communicate Clearly & Drive Continuous Improvement

- Act as the central point of contact for product decisions, risks, and roadmap updates

- Foster experimentation, iteration, and learning within the team

- Promote strong agile collaboration and continuous improvement across roles

Product Leadership & Strategic Ownership

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS , ideally within regulatory or compliance-driven environments

- End-to-end ownership of a product or product domain

- Ability to define product vision, shape actionable strategy, and translate insights into a validated roadmap

- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills grounded in user value, business impact, regulatory needs, and technical feasibility

AI-Native Product Development & Discovery

- Real exposure to AI-driven product development

- Experience with AI-native products or strong motivation to adopt emerging AI technologies

- Hands-on use of tools such as GPT, prototyping tools, automation, or AI agents to scale discovery, validation, and enablement

- Experience running structured discovery and validating problems early using data-driven methods

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to create clear, concise documentation for both internal teams and customers
