SCADA Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)Location: Hamburg, GermanyWork model: HybridIndustry: Renewable Energy / Wind EnergySalary: up to approx. €90,000, depending on experienceFor an international company in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for a SCADA Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) based in Hamburg.In this role, you will work at the interface between Engineering, SCADA Operations, Service, Field Support and Software Development. You will translate operational and technical needs into clear requirements, specifications and tickets for internal SCADA and IIoT systems.This is not a purely operational SCADA role. We are looking for someone who combines technical understanding, requirements engineering, strong communication skills and the potential to grow into product ownership over time. Your Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and structure requirements from Service, Operations, Engineering and Field Support - Translate technical needs into clear specifications, tickets and acceptance criteria - Maintain documentation and traceability across the engineering workflow - Work closely with software developers, integration teams and technical stakeholders - Support the analysis of SCADA-related incidents, bugs and system issues - Coordinate technical tasks, timelines and dependencies across SCADA-related projects - Contribute to the further development and standardization of internal SCADA/IIoT products

- Experience in Requirements Engineering, Technical Business Analysis, Systems Engineering or a similar technical interface role - Good understanding of SCADA systems, industrial automation, OT/IT architectures or IIoT environments - Ideally experience in wind energy, renewable energy or industrial energy systems - Ability to translate field, service or operational needs into clear technical requirements for development teams - Experience with technical specifications, documentation, ticketing and acceptance criteria - Knowledge of OPC UA, Modbus, SQL, Linux/Windows environments or basic database handling is a plus - Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or agile methods is beneficial - Fluent English is required; German or Spanish are a plus - Willingness to work on-site in Hamburg regularly, ideally around three days per week What We Are Looking For
