- Design and implement end-to-end AI-driven automation solutions to optimize technical and organizational processes - Automate and improve workflows such as: Excel-based planning, budgeting, reporting, invoicing, sourcing, and procurement processes, Internal organizational and operational workflows - Improve development efficiency by reducing manual effort through AI-optimization - Stabilizing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and Improving reliability and efficiency across build, test, and release processes - Implement and operate cloud-based AI and automation solutions (AWS, Azure, or similar), using tools such as CLUD AI - Ensure all solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements - Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions with clear technical documentation

- Strong engineering background with deep hands-on experience in DevOps, automation, and cloud environments - Proven, practical experience with: CI/CD pipelines, Containerization and orchestration, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Git workflows, release automation, and pipeline optimization - Strong experience in automation and process optimization, ideally across development and operations - Practical understanding of AI usage for real-world applications, such as: AI-supported automation workflows, AI-generated test cases and automated testing, AI assistance in system operations and DevOps processes - Experience integrating AI tools beyond chat interfaces, focusing on operational and technical improvements - Strong problem-solving mindset with end-to-end ownership - Ability to work independently in complex environments and deliver tangible results - English proficiency required for international collaboration

Staffing process for freelance specialists

1. Analysis of qualifications

We carry out a detailed analysis of your technical qualifications on the basis of your CV, your application documents and your profile.

2. Telephone or personal interview

We would like to get to know you better in a personal conversation. Your personal contact would be pleased to advise you and clarify any outstanding questions about your qualifications. In this way, your profile will be expanded to include a few more skills if necessary.

3. Contact with customers

We compare your qualifications and targets with the expectations of our customers. As soon as we have found a suitable project for you, we will contact you and introduce you to your potential project partners. If you are interested in the project, we will contact the customers. Then a personal discussion will take place with the project partner.

4. Contract with Hays

If both parties are interested in collaborating, all of the relevant framework conditions will be agreed with Hays. Hays then acts as a contractual partner for both parties. In other words, a contract is drawn up between you and Hays and the company and Hays.
