Operating across multiple countries, we run high-volume live systems with real transactional responsibility. We are looking for a VP of Technology who combines strong technical depth with real leadership capability — someone who can structure, scale quality, and take full ownership of engineering. This is a hands-on executive role in a company where things change fast, decisions are made quickly, and accountability matters.

You will own the entire engineering organization:

- Lead ~25 developers (via Heads of)

- Oversee live production systems (Node.js / modern JS stack)

- Own cloud architecture, hosting, Docker & Kubernetes

- Drive DevOps, integrations, and delivery teams

- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability

- Strengthen technical risk management (ISO readiness)

- Raise the bar in recruiting and seniority

You are responsible for both technology and people — structuring where needed, enabling autonomy where possible.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong hands-on background in JavaScript / Node.js / Docker & Kubernetes

- Experience leading engineering teams in dynamic environments

- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams

- High accountability — no blaming culture

- Comfortable operating in change and ambiguity

- Curious about innovation, but not hype-driven

- Able to challenge constructively without ego
