Senior Automotive Testing Engineer - TCU V2X Project

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Testing Engineer for an exciting project focused on telematics control unit (TCU) V2X technology. This role offers a hybrid working model with 60-80% on-site presence and 20-40% remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities include creating and executing comprehensive software and system test cases covering data analysis, diagnostic communication protocols, software downloads, system integration, and operating system testing. You will work with Wireshark tracing tools to verify functions according to Automotive SPICE standards, ensuring seamless integration of software and system components.

The position involves analyzing requirements and development codes using ALM, Jira, and Confluence platforms while adhering to Automotive SPICE guidelines. You will derive, create, and execute test cases based on thorough analysis, documenting all test results systematically. Communication with development teams through proper documentation storage and performing retests when necessary are essential aspects of this role.

Required qualifications include minimum 3 years of automotive testing experience, strong Automotive SPICE knowledge, and expertise in telematics system architecture, particularly TCU units. Essential technical skills encompass diagnostic communication protocols, system integration, network knowledge (TCP/IP, packet capture, NAT, bridge, P2P, OTA), and data analysis capabilities.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in various telematics areas including eCall, positioning systems, 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies, Wi-Fi, NGeCall, and V2X communications. Experience with problem-solving management tools and fluent business and technical English are mandatory.

This 6+ month contract position starts immediately and offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive technology in a dynamic international environment. The role requires creating weekly status reports and detailed technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
