- End-to-end responsibility for the Quotation-to-Cash (Q2C) stream in an S/4HANA environment - Design and standardization of Q2C processes across multiple entities - Ensure seamless integration across Sales, Projects, Logistics, Procurement, Production, and Finance - Enforce fit-to-standard principles and adherence to template governance - Define and implement controlled template enhancements - Support migration and integration of non-SAP ERP systems into S/4HANA - Provide functional leadership in SAP SD (pricing, billing, and order structures such as MTO/ETO) - Integrate SAP PS for project-driven sales processes - Ensure data readiness, testing, and integration for successful deployments - Collaborate closely with program management, business stakeholders, and implementation partners

- SAP experience with strong Q2C focus in S/4HANA - Proven track record in 2-3 S/4HANA implementations (process & functional consulting) - Deep expertise in SAP SD (including pricing and billing) - Experience with SAP PS integration for project-based sales - Experience in template-based rollouts and fit-to-standard approaches - Understanding of complex ERP migrations (especially non-SAP to S/4HANA) - Knowledge of Fiori apps, roles, and workflows (ideally including SAP BTP) - Experience with CPQ or variant configuration is a plus - Fluent English and strong international project experience - Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel for dedicated workshops as required

Staffing process for freelance specialists

1. Analysis of qualifications

We carry out a detailed analysis of your technical qualifications on the basis of your CV, your application documents and your profile.

2. Telephone or personal interview

We would like to get to know you better in a personal conversation. Your personal contact would be pleased to advise you and clarify any outstanding questions about your qualifications. In this way, your profile will be expanded to include a few more skills if necessary.

3. Contact with customers

We compare your qualifications and targets with the expectations of our customers. As soon as we have found a suitable project for you, we will contact you and introduce you to your potential project partners. If you are interested in the project, we will contact the customers. Then a personal discussion will take place with the project partner.

4. Contract with Hays

If both parties are interested in collaborating, all of the relevant framework conditions will be agreed with Hays. Hays then acts as a contractual partner for both parties. In other words, a contract is drawn up between you and Hays and the company and Hays.
