Their open-source platform has seen rapid adoption across engineering organizations ranging from high-growth startups to enterprise environments in fintech, cloud infrastructure, and other technically complex industries.Following several years of product development, the company has established strong product-market fit, a growing base of enterprise customers, and increasing demand for production deployments. They’re now scaling the platform team responsible for customer infrastructure and deployment operations. THE ROLE As a Platform Engineer, you'll own the infrastructure that delivers the product to enterprise customers. The core of this work is a Bring-Your-Own-Cloud (BYOC) platform: a Kubernetes-based deployment system that runs inside customers’ cloud environments. You'll build and operate it, work directly with customers from initial deployment through production support, and help define what the platform team looks like from the ground up. This is not a role where you follow someone else’s playbook. You’ll make meaningful architectural decisions on infrastructure that supports enterprise customers at scale.
