In this role, you will be responsible for first-level support of our IT systems (laboratory & production) and will work closely with our local and global partner organizations and customers.\nThe ideal candidate: We are looking for someone with completed training in IT\u002Fcomputer science and sound knowledge of Windows operating systems, network technologies, and virtualization techniques, ideally complemented by experience in supporting systems, applications, and infrastructures in laboratory or production environments.\nThe ideal candidate also brings practical experience with backup and imaging solutions as well as in IT service management and is fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
