The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure smooth execution throughout all project phases.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Lead and manage global transformation projects from initiation to completion\n- Develop project charters and business cases, including value and ROI analysis\n- Establish project governance structures and project organizations\n- Define and implement target operating models\n- Evaluate, select, and implement tools and digital solutions\n- Develop and execute communication and change management plans\n- Manage stabilization phases and validate project outcomes for final sign-off\n- Plan and manage project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies\n- Coordinate cross-functional international teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders\n- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives\n- Travel internationally approximately 10-20% as required\n\nYour Profile\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field\n- Proven experience in project management using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies\n- Strong knowledge of project management tools and frameworks; certifications such as PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar are an advantage\n- Demonstrated experience managing transformation projects in an international environment\n- Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills\n- Proven expertise in change management\n- Solid stakeholder, risk, and dependency management capabilities\n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams\n- Fluent English skills, written and spoken; German and\u002For Japanese language skills are a plus\n- Analytical and self-driven mindset with the ability to understand technical details while managing key business stakeholders\n- Experience in Diversity & Inclusion management\n- Strong teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams\n\nOur offer to you:\n\n- An exciting environment and cutting-edge projects at global brands and hidden champions\n- limuited permnanent employment at Nash direct, initially for 15 months with option to be hired directly through our client, yearly brutto salary range: 85K-90K\n- Personal and individual support by our Account Managers and HR team\n- Be part of the Nash direct team and connect with your colleagues throughout Germany.\n\nInterested?
