The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, design document management solutions, and support implementation and migration activities.\n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Collaborate with P&O stakeholders to gather and document business requirements\n\n- Analyze current document storage systems and identify gaps\n\n- Define DMS solutions including taxonomy, metadata, and retention policies\n\n- Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and vendors\n\n- Create functional specifications, process flows, and migration plans\n\n- Support document\u002Fdata migration and ensure proper classification and alignment with Workday\n\n- Assist in testing (UAT) and ensure quality of DMS implementation\n\n- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- Experience as a Business Analyst with HR\u002FP&O systems\n\n- Strong exposure to Document Management Systems (SharePoint, OpenText, etc.)\n\n- Knowledge of document migration, archiving, and lifecycle management\n\n- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (preferred)\n\n- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills\n\nLocation: India -
