Purpose of the Role The Business Analyst supports the GHCX transformation by bridging process design, business requirements, and reporting needs, ensuring alignment between processes, data, and analytics. Your Tasks: Process Design Support * Support design of global HC processes (L3\u002FL4) aligned with Workday * Identify gaps vs. standard processes and document deviations * Contribute to Process documentation (flows, SIPOC, etc.) and definition of regional exceptions Requirements Engineering * Translate business needs into Functional requirements and Reporting requirements * Ensure alignment between Process design, Data structures, and Reporting needs * Ensure user-focused and easy to understand dashboard and report development Reporting & Analytics Alignment * Derive reporting requirements from process design * Align with HC stakeholders and Data Warehouse \u002F reporting teams * Support definition of KPIs, Reporting logic, Data models Implementation Support * Support validation of Process implementation in Workday and Reporting outputs * Participate in Testing phases (UAT) and Feedback loops with business stakeholders Stakeholder Management * Act as interface between HC business teams, Process & Data workstream, and IT \u002F Reporting teams * Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions Your Skills: Must-have * Strong experience as Business Analyst in transformation projects * Experience in process design (e.g., APQC, BPMN) * Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements * Experience with reporting \u002F analytics requirements Nice-to-have * Experience in Workday or HCM transformations * Understanding of data models and reporting architectures * Experience in global \u002F cross-regional environments Our offer to you: * An exciting environment and cutting-edge projects at global brands and hidden champions * Personal and individual support by our Account Managers and HR team * Be part of the Nash direct team and connect with your colleagues throughout Germany.
