As part of a multi-year strategy focused on operational efficiency, OSS modernization, and real-time network intelligence, the organization is investing heavily in AI enablement, streaming telemetry, and closed-loop automation capabilities.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced AI & Telco Architect to bridge the gap between telecom network operations and modern AI capabilities.\n\nThis role requires someone who understands both OSS\u002Fnetwork architecture and AI technologies, and can translate operational telecom challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with architecture, AI, and network operations teams to help move the organization from Level 2 to Level 4 on the TM Forum Autonomous Network maturity model.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Define AI integration architecture across OSS domains including assurance, fulfillment, inventory, and performance management\n\n- Advise on the use of predictive AI, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks for telecom use cases\n\n- Drive the transition from batch-based OSS telemetry to real-time streaming architectures\n\n- Support AI cost modeling, scalability, and reusable design principles\n\n- Translate telecom operational processes into AI-ready requirements\n\n- Support business cases focused on automation, Opex reduction, and operational efficiency\n\n- Act as a bridge between network engineers, architects, data teams, and business stakeholders\n\nRequirements\n\nEssential\n\n- Strong telecom \u002F OSS background with experience in:\n- Assurance\n\n- Fulfillment\n\n- Inventory\n\n- Fault management\n\n- Capacity planning\n\n- Experience with AI\u002FML technologies and frameworks\n\n- Understanding of real-time telemetry and streaming technologies (Kafka, gNMI, OpenTelemetry)\n\n- Enterprise architecture and integration experience\n\n- Strong stakeholder communication and business-facing skills\n\nNice to Have\n\n- TM Forum Autonomous Networks experience\n\n- 5G SA \u002F Network Slicing knowledge\n\n- Data Mesh exposure\n\n- Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks\n\n- Familiarity with major OSS platforms (Ericsson, Nokia, Netcracker, Comarch)\n\nWhy Join?\n\nThis is an opportunity to work on a large-scale AI and network automation transformation within a leading telecom operator.
